وأعلنت ـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ بصورة من صحيفة الطعن رقم ــــــــــــــ المرفوعة من ـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ

ضد ـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ منبها عليه بأن يودع قلم كتاب محكمة النقض في ميعاد خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ إعلانه بصحيفة الطعن مذكرة بدفاع مشفوعة بسند توكيل المحامي الموكل عنه وبالمستندات التي يرى تقديمها (أي الملحقة) وذلك تطبيقا لنص المادة 258 من قانون المرافعات رقم 1 سنة 1968.
